Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) Appeal Form
This form is for students who want to appeal their financial aid status due to not meeting academic progress requirements.
You may lose financial aid if:
- You didn’t meet the required 67% pace (the percentage of courses you need to successfully complete).
- Your cumulative GPA is below 2.0.
- You received a late or updated grade, or if you completed courses on your own to improve your GPA and pace.
Important: Appeals and all supporting documents must be submitted before the start of each term.
