2025-2026 Special Circumstance - Change in Financial Situation
(Summer 25 - Spring 26)

You may request special consideration of your financial aid eligibility based on changes have reduced your ability to contribute financial support for your educational costs.

Submit this request only after you have received your financial aid offer. Submitting this request does not guarantee a change in aid eligibility amounts.

Information you reported in error on your 2025-2026 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) will be corrected prior to evaluation of this request. As a result of this request your aid eligibility may be increased, reduced, or stay the same. Submissions are processed in date order; after submitting, please watch your student email and Financial Aid Self Service for any updates.
For all requests, you must submit the following information at the time the form is submitted:
You will be required to upload a copy of these items with this request.
 
1) A personal statement from you and/or your parent(s) (if applicable) explaining the situation
2) 2023 Federal Tax Return Transcript & 2023 W-2’s (you, and your spouse or parent(s), if applicable)
3) 2024 Federal Tax Return Transcript & 2024 W-2’s (you, and your spouse or parent(s), if applicable)
4) If applicable for this request, a copy of you, and your spouse or parent(s) 2025 Income documentation such as pay stubs
5) Documentation as required of this request- Loss of Employment, Loss of Taxed/Untaxed Income
    Benefit, Separation, Divorce, Death or Medical Care Expenses over 11% of AGI
