PASS Placement: Step 1

 

 

PASS placement is a two-step process where you help guide the placement decision as part of completing the placement process.  

 

Take the following steps to complete the placement process: 1) complete this form and 2) have a conversation with our staff.

 

Please complete as much of this survey as you can and one of our placement staff will reach out to you to schedule a video/phone conference to finalize your placement process.  If you have any questions, please email pass@clackamas.edu.
